The Sun River The Sun River near Simms offers excellent freestone fly fishing in one of Central Montana's most productive and accessible fisheries, flowing through open ranchland and agricultural areas before joining the Missouri River. The Missouri River The Missouri River below Holter Dam is one of Montana's premier tailwater fisheries, offering world-class fly fishing for large, healthy trout in a stunning high-plains setting.
